A new beginning
Within the grasp of mortals
Who dare to persist
At times, I can be the most cynical guy in the room. This moment won't be one of those times.
As 2008 nears to an end, there's a lot of stuff screwed up right now. We live in interesting times. I dare say that economically, most of us won't see this again in our lifetime. That's the good news.
The bad news is we have challenges before us. Sorry, this ain't euphoria. In challenging times, we can fly or die... I'd like to think there is no in between. Yet, there is. Most of us are already there.
I see that "in between" as a spirit of sorts. It rides upon the survival of one of the more unique species land has held. That would be us. You know, that group of imperfect characters chasing acorns in a big & mysterious world... that's us. We seem to be a pretty persistent part of survival in this world. At least we'd like to think so:)
I've been doing some heavy thinking recently, which is the second reason smoke is billowing from my humble abode. While happiness seems to be our divine bottom line, I do wonder about us... about me. Am I going to be okay? Are we?
If you are like me, you've read a lot of facts and figures and watched plenty of the news. If you aren't like me, you are probably just bombarded by it. I admire the folks that own no cell phone, have no internet, and haven't payed a cable bill in ten years. At least they live in reality rather than have the perception of reality thrust upon them by various outlets of the media.
Times are a bit turbulent, ladies and gents. How's that for my role in playing master of the obvious? I suppose I should answer the question that this title asks. My answer is quite simple, "I don't know for a fact but I'm pretty damn sure." I do know that we are some resilient mother pluckers and we don't sit by to let someone else sort things out. The blessed part of the answer to the question posed is that we always know. It's within.
I read somewhere recently that 94% of folks concentrate on the negative which leaves 6% of the people to pick up the optimistic slack. I'm not sure where that statistic was pulled from but I'm guessing it might not be a far reach from the truth. Especially in challenging times such as these. I suppose it is easy to play the part of looking at all the negatives without equally recognizing the layers of light that always accompany them.
Far be it for me to be the rose colored messenger to the masses, but strength in spirit is our greatest gift. There are signs of it in our history, our present, our outlook to the future. It may not always be present in the outer workings of this world, leave it not dormant among the shadows of our souls. There are no shadows without the light.
So as we bring down the curtain on 2008, let hope, simple kindness, & human spirit lead us into another year on planet earth. My guess is we will be just fine:)
Awakening it
The passion of the longing
For it is right there
It's life. Smile and Dance. I do, even if it is just inside:)

Beautiful Jason.
Agree with Jennifer.
Thank you my beautiful Jennifer:)
Thanks Lola. You have a wonderful New Year. I will see you in 2009:)
Jason, would the "second" reason for the smoke coming from your house be because of.........(guess I won't go there afterall). At any rate, I can't for the life of me figure out why anyone would pass up the good times that can be found under the dark clouds over head.
Charles - In regards to the smoke, your wave of thinking sounds to be on the right tracks:) Hey, being under those dark clouds ain't easy... but routes to achieving enlightenment of sorts rarely is.
Billy - You may be right, others share similiar predictions on it getting worse before it gets better. While time is the only teller, I am preparing for that as well. I love your motto by the way:)
Well, I've known for some time that you possessed the cynic gene. But, it appears that today your optimist gene stomped on it.
You'll be O.K.
We'll be O.K.
Have a wonderful and successful 2009.
Jason, it is a really good thing that enlightenment doesn't have anything to do with seeing:)
Business has been picking up here. And you GET WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT! If you put in A LOT, then I think you will have NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT!
Hi Jason, Ready or not 2009 is just about here with its challenges and rewards for those who are willing to embrace it ! Hope your 2009 is the best ever !
Lenn - You are smarter than the average blogger. I agree, we will be okay. You have a wonderful and successful 2009 as well.
Charles - Lol, that's for sure.
Michael - Much truth in that comment. How do they say... you only get what you give...
Bill - Back at ya my man. I'm looking forward to the New Year, new challenges, and new experiences.
Well done. Let's turn this mess over to the poets of the world. Cynics serve poor company. Pun?
What matters most is that you PLAN! Plan for the type of business you want to have next year. Plan for how you will go about reaching the clients you want next year. Plan for how you will keep your clients happy. And then, implement that plan! No matter how bad things get, if you just sit there and do nothing, that's exactly what you'll get!
Thanks for your optimism! It's refreshing!
~Renae
Oh...There you are and I am enjoying this post immensely! I also have that streak of cynicism but lately have managed to overcome it and actually think we ARE going to be alright. Not in the same happy-go-lucky manner that many are espousing because I feel like this is going to be harder and more drawn out than most of the others. The basics are still here. We all have to get up and go to work (those of us who still have jobs). Hopefully at least some of the promises made during the political seasonwill materialize but more than anything, I think it will be the collective consciousness of most Americans experienceing a major shift and start moving in the direction of realism vs. mindless consumption that will (again hopefully) be a driving force.
Best to you and Jenn in the new year my man!
Wow! You never cease to amaze me. And getting Lenza to poke his head up is always a feat!
First, if Lenn says we will be okay, I believe it.
Second, I am probably older than Lenn and I know from experience that the best we can do is GET THROUGH IT!! There's nothing wrong with being an optimist as long as you don't get too dreamy and expect things to happen without any work. Life is mostly hard. No getting away from it, but the little glimpses are what we all live for and learn to understand that those glimpse are not necessarily our due, but rather a profound favor. Find them, enjoy them and carry on! Happy New Year:)
Lenza - Good to see you, er, read you... my man. The poets are long overdue. You have a wonderful New Year bud. We'll be in touch.
Renae - Good call. Proper preparation and the implementation of such a key components moving forward. Heck, they always have been.
Russell - We are more alike than different, that's for sure. The basics are our very core. We'll get through this and any other challenge that rears its head. I owe you a long overdue phone call.
Karen - Well thank you:) And yes, Lenn's assurance is confidence provoking. It will take a whole lot of work and hard-core determination on ALL of our parts. Happy New Year to you my dear.
Jason my friend, we are all going to be ok. I'm not just being optimistic either...ok...maybe a little, but 2009 is going to be like no other year, as obvious as that is, I sense personal growth in abundance and not just business growth. I think we will be better than OK! Happy New Year buddy. :-)
I couldn't agree more, "I do know that we are some resilient mother pluckers and we don't sit by to let someone else sort things out".
Never underestimate the courage and strength of the American people.
Jason, people worry too much. They should just think about their own sphere and quit trying to absorb the global problems. None of us can "fix" everything. Happy New Year man!
Beautifully written as always. As part of the 6%, I say, go have some champagne. A refi boomlet is on the way.
I believe that as in every other hard time, those that are willing to fight, scratch, and claw will always make it. We can't let the fear of what might be on the horizon stop us from topping the next hill. The second you make the consciousdecision to stop living, you start dying. I would much rather get busy living than get busy dying and what ever 2009 decides to throw my way, it better be prepared for the fight it will have on it's hands if it expects to get the better of me.
Happy New Years Sardi! I hope yours is as wonderful as mine is going to be.
Jason, how wonderful to see you featured. So, my guess is Jenifer has paid a visit because you seem much for hopeful than a few weeks ago. There is no doubt these are tough times as you so eloquently wrote. But, believe it or not I keep getting excited abou the opportunites....I am really jazzed about getting my Certified Green Builders certification in Feb. Helping the environment and educating our clients seems like a good thing:). It is so fitting to read this post on this last day of 2008 because it was your writing that got me enthused so many months ago and I'm really glad you are still writing! Happy New Year!
Jason, I agree with @garywoltal. If we did a better job of taking care of ourselves, family and friends, we would be a better society overall. A more giving, caring, loving, joyous lot.
Media- I pay cable and own a cell phone but guess what, I turn off the damn t.v. all the time. It's an interloper on my life. I watch movies when I want some entertainment, or watch my kids, or read some blog posts.
My grandfather, bless his soul, was a survivor of the depression. When he was 12 his father passed away. Well his father who had 6 children married into a family of 10 children. So my grandfather became the supporter of 16 children at a ripe preteen age. Guess what? He found love during the depression, my grandmother. He found joy, simple gatherings with family and friends, he found work, on a farm. He came out of the depression, bought a house, had 3 kids, and became a beloved man of his family and friends.
Economy, down, opportunity will still be there...regardless of the cycle. Those who have a will find a way.
Happy New Year.
Hi Jason - I tend to be in the 6% category, and I really do get so tired of all the negative stuff. Don't get me wrong, I don't go around with rose-colored glasses on, but it's just so draining to hear and read that all the time. I try to be as positive as I can.
Based on what 2008 brought me, I have to be okay in 2009. I hope I'll be okay next year, I have to be. And I hope we all are. You said so, Lenn said so - it has to be so. That's what I'm hanging on to. One foot in front of the other, and hoping 2009 will be better.
MWA,
Ann
Amazing how quickly a dose of "the cure" turns grim times around. With the current mortgage rates and the promise of hope from all the Obama Drama things should be fine in 0'nine. Happy Freakin' New Year!
Hey sweetie. Throw me the optimist stick, I'll catch it! We are fighters and survivors and we will be okay. Maybe not tomorrow, but soon! Happy New Year to you and your beautiful Jennifer. xxoo
Hi Jason~ I am cautiously optimistic. Whoever said it was supposed to be easy? If it was easy, every body would be in Real Estate :) Happy New Year to you and your "Beautiful Jennifer!"
Jason, of course we will be okay! We may not know when or where or how, but have faith- it will be okay. Of course, that could depend on your definition of okay, but......
Jason May you and My Jen have a wonderful New Year!
Well, I'm in the 94%, and there's strength in numbers. We just forcibly crushed you 6% pukes and mandate that you drive your marshmellow cars off a rainbow bridge into our lake of angst. Come on in, the water's ... a bit cold, actually.
Life sucks, wear a helmet.
Best wishes,
Nostradamus Rooney
Wow, Jason! You are quite the philosopher! I'm impressed.
2008 has been rough. So what!?! In my life there have been many rough years - for many different reasons. I'm still here. I'm still sane (by clinical definition), and I'm determined to succeed - in spite of others, but more importantly in spite of myself.
The horizon is 2009. It's clear. It's bright. And it's our for the taking. One need only to be on board when the train leaves for Positivitown.
Happy New Year, my friend! Be happy, be safe, be healthy .. and always have 'enough'.
I don't know if I'll call you beautiful but I'll say the story was one dam fine peace of work...Happy New Year Bud!
Jason Sardi, let it be the new decree that at 1 minute to midnight, we all drink a toast to Sardi.
Brad - I'm hoping you are right my friend. I do owe you (as well) a phone call early into the New Year. Have a great night amigo.
Mark - And I would extend that to people in general. I did watch the film "Independence Day" a couple of days ago:)
Gary - Your words are practical and right. I can't say I always practice such but your wisdom doesn't escape me.
Janet- By the ways are looking, you may be right. If a refi boom does come, I just hope the economy as a whole can brighten up a bit more from its pending existence.
Suzi - You win the "Graphics of the Week"award. Hope your 2009 goes grrrrrreaaaat!
JL - You are one of the more optimistic and cynical bastards I know, all wrapped up into one. Back at ya, bud.
JL - Thanks man, I'm beginning to like your new group:)
Diane - Thanks hun! Of course I'm still writing... and thinking. Your new certification should prove to benefit your business and your particular region down there in North Carolina. I've been looking into the lending side of things and how we can implement such products as well.
Rebecca - Well put and you probably can't do much wrong when agreeing with Mr. Woltal. I, for one, probably should turn off our beloved folks "telling it like it is" a bit more often.
Ann - MWA! Lenn is the barometer that I'd go by:) You are such an asset to your local community as well as AR, that I'd find it surprising you won't be more than okay going forward. Take those steps my dear.
Jason,
Good guess!!! Good post! Best wishes for a prosperous, happy, and healthy Happy New Year...!!! :) Thanks, Fran
AHHHH we will be all right.
Jason -- what an inspirational message. happy new year to you and all the best in 2009!
Jason – We are going to be ok. The two Haiku’s called out to me from my Google Feed Reader – Nicely done!
It is amazing to me to see the tone of the postings on active rain. People are really being affected by what is going on in this country. But I really think that the only answer is to stop watching the news and work harder. Yes, the effects are real, but the constant negative buzz in the media has to wreak havoc on the subconscious.
Jason... what computer was Jennfier using? lol I do believe that we will be okay. Just that it's going to be a hard fight..... and it will knock a lot of people out and not just in real estate. In regards to the percentage of negative people. I would love to know how you pull a stat such as that. In any case, a safe and Happy New Year to both you and Jen Jen..
Jason, We will be okay, if we fall down we'll get up; bumps and bruises, inside and out, all heal with time. I'm engage in a dialog on twitter of why social media people just tend to stay more resiliant and positive, you are a prime example. Have a safe and Happy New Year and may many blessings come to you in 2009!
Jason, I truly enjoyed your post. We are ALL going to be just fine (notice I am in the very small group according to statistics :) I happen to think 2009 will be wonderful--if we make it that way. Have a VERY Happy New Year!
Jason - The worst part about wallowing in the negative, it is just so tiring. I know the calendar says that winter has just begun, but I already see a positive sign, as the days are getting longer. I take that extra bit of daylight, every day, as a sign that things are looking up. Here's to a brighter New Year.
Dan - Happy Freaking New Year to you. As far as the cure, you must know the disease. I'm all sides of the state (of mind), my friend.
Susan - Back at ya, yet the stick I wield doesn't wax optimistic. At least I hope not. While I'd love to have things peachy "freaky" keen, I do know better. We gotta world to deal with here.
Vickie - She is beautiful, for sure. It isn't easy, I'm sure of that as well. This one doesn't go out to just our trade, but our world. Easy is for fools.
Carol - My definition is probably somewhat different. Okay to me is being content and happy... that's all there is to it.
Sandra - And you as well. I did tell you I'd write something new... eventually:)
Slaybaugh - I was anxiously awaiting that. If you leave it up to the comments on my post, that 6% figure isn't remotely close to reality. Hell, I was waiting for the "Silent Majority" to have their say and you've said your piece. You wear that helmet but don't forget the kneepads. Pucker up those lips my friends, it's time to meet that bad-ass maker of ours;)
Carol "Freaking" Smith - Philosophy is a passion of mine. That and beanie babies:) Stay true, I have no doubt I can learn a lot from you.
Neal - Thanks man and back at you. You are beautiful to me:)
Danny - I'm not sure about that idea but I appreciate the thought. I've wrote it before and will write it again, you are too good to me.
Fran - Back at ya my man!
Bill - That deserves nothing less than this song.
Jason,
"I read somewhere recently that 94% of folks concentrate on the negative which leaves 6%"
I had to read this over and over again. I spread it across both monitors.
I don't know who wrote it, but I'm sure they were just trying to drag more people down to their own level.
We find what we seek and if you seek negative loosers, that's what you'll find! To each his own!
Your "rose colored messenger" of hope!
Happy New Year!
Bill
It's more like 94% of the people don't know what's going on and 6% of people do...
The gloom and doom 94% of the people are just now coming to the realization of was seen by 6% of the population several years ago.
All of this bad news was not created overnight.... it's been in the making for several, several years.
And for the 6% of the people that know what is going on... we are very optimistic about all of the opportunities that have been created.
Wow where does one start with such a deep post? We are all products of our enviroment so what you see is what you get and what you ask for you will eventually receive.
Jason: Everyone just needs to stay focused on working the basics and the ones who do this will be fine
Are we going to be alright? Come on... of course we are. Listen, if the real estate game hasn't killed us yet, it means the antibiotics are working and we're safe. Stick with the 6%... we're a small but rowdy bunch! Happy new year buddy!
I don't have a lot to add to this post, except to say that I think you did a great job here. Hope you have a stellar 2009, my friend.
Bill - Honestly, what the hell am I supposed to do with that statistic? While I believe it to be ridiculous, I can't and won't do the bidding of such a mindset. Love ya man.
Sincerely,
the messenger you think is on dope but can truly answer nope when asked. And I don't do no drugs.
Paul - While I love you way of thinking, I think it is a tad off basis. I agree, it's been in the making... as have the opportunities. To hell with that though, you'll find a better place nowhere near this one.
Charles - Indeed, we are products of our environment. Be it as they make us or as how we make it.
Roland - Yeah, agreed. Fundamentals & basics are so key that they unlock our very destiny... at least I think so.
Jason, may 2009 be a year noteworthy enough that you will remember it is the time you reversed statistics. 94% positive people. May you enjoy nothing but prosperity and joy in the coming months.
I am proudly putting on my own rose colored glasses right now - thanks for the lift, Jason.
It's within.
Happy, healthy and prosperous 2009 and way beyond too.
Jason,
strength in spirit is our greatest gift... Amen to that! Happy New Year!
Mike in Tucson
Hi Jason,
I'm cautiously optimistic, in general. For ActiveRainers, I'm even more optimistic. This network offers a powerful competitive edge to people who take the time to learn.
Spirit, belief in ourselves and a positive attitude will carry us through most anything. All the very best to you, Jason, in 2009.
Jesse - I suppose it wouldn't be a bad thing to ask what type of antibiotics you are on:) While I haven't spoken to you just yet, I see the eyes of optimistic success in nearly every post you write. Either you are a good writer/player or you live the gig. Me thinks the latter.
Crouch - You too man. Personally, I thought and think this was a lackluster job of communication skills. Almost every piece of writing I do, I think that. Truth is, I want to write with the hand of God but when I do... I will probably quit writing. I suppose I enjoy evolvement... in all its forms. My prediction is that I will catch a grammatical error by you in 2009. No worries though, I will email you privately when I find it:)
Fred - Shoot, I will be fine if I'm on the streets. I worry about others though. I don't want nobody to be on the streets. Happy New Year, man!
Joanne - Nip and tuck babe, nip and tuck:)
Sis - Love the graphics. Someday I will be able to shelter you from any pain... and when I can, I won't. Unless you ask me, of course. I think you do wonderful on your own. I love you hun, and I love that Gary character too:)
Mike - I suppose I don't read enough of you. I'm picky and envious when it comes to us mortgage folks. I have little doubt that you are one of the good guys, the great guys that should be entrustred with popularity. If you happen to check back to see how I retorted... just know that I respect you...for better or worse.
Bruce - Coached by Crouch? Seems to me that you will be fine, whether you are "coached" or not.
Susie - Almost anything? Well, I believe anything can happen.
Jason, My strength is that I move forward no matter what. I also have a huge back and can carry a lot of people and stuff with me.
You are going to have great 2009. Now go get married already!!!!!!
Jason, great post ! I think it comes down to perspective and gratitude. Even though it was a tough year for a lot of people, there is always strength and hope and opportunities that comes from challenges. Here is to a great 2009 !!! ~ Chris Somers
Jason: I feel you and I understand. I have been in the heavy thinking zone with you for a few months. I have been on the roller coaster ride of mood swings and I even teach and preach the survival skills of getting through this...BUT YES. IT IS TOUGH and I am going into this day 1/1/ with the least amount of money we have ever had and the most bills...HOWEVER...
SHAKE - RATTLE and ROLL is the goal!
FAITH is the KEY and COMMUNICATION in your household is by far a must! Please do not let the dark clouds still your joy of life or your ability to PUSH harder and be stronger! This is simply a BIG BOULDER that we will get around it and once we do I hope we all look back and be better people for it. We can also have realized when the closings are rolling in we will be more wiser. Live and Learn!
Thank you for your very honest post! I love a real writer! You did not blow smoke - it is what it is but I choose that one year from today to have more because of where I am right now in this moment! I also choose to be thankful for this pruning! I will help you all I can! Stay in touch!
100 Marketing Tips to Launch Success in 2009!
Jason, so many posts like this this morning... 2009 and the future WILL be great! Everyone is starting to get what's going on and everyone is on the same page about the need to improve things. America, the best country on Earth, is like Donna Summer, she will survive!
Jason - 2009 is full of potential... That is all that I'm focused on, making the most of the new year and leaving 2008 behind.
Jason: Yes, we'll be just fine. I believe it's all what we focus on. If the focus is on relationships which include family, friends, etc. how could we not be o.k.? In good times or bad, if your focus is correct you will prosper. These challenging real estate times will end and it will give those of left new perspective. I read somewhere the more thankful a person is the more thanks they receive. I want everyone to subscribe to that line of thinking. Have a wonderful day!
I am so out of order:(
Joan Whitebook - Back at ya!
Mueller- Your "tweet" was the inspiration for the Haikus. Congrats on that again, very impressive. Glad you caught that.
Todd - You may be onto something. In fact, I would bet my left earlobe that you are indeed correct.
Belonger - It's funny you mention that, I actually asked her to edit this one and she said to leave it be. I churned it out and thought it was average at best. As far as that statistic, I'm not sure how anyone could accurately calculate that... I found it interesting at best. Hope you had a nice and somewhat sober New Year:)
Cat - Thanks! I hope to use social media to its highest degree this year. As shocking as this might be, your comment reminds me of a song:)
Carol - I think more are on your level than that "statistic" represents. Have a wonderful 2009, I'm confident that you will.
Marilyn- It sure can be grueling on the psyche. While I will probably never be the Tony Robbins of life, I'd rather my psyche and life be on the opposite side of the chronic negative crap (CNC):)
Bryant - Yup, you are a cockroach of sorts. A damn fine one at that. You are a survivor as is that lovely lady of yours. She is in (and always will be) my thoughts and prayers.
Chris - Agreed. Perspective is an amazing trait. Keep on keeping on:)
Liz - Thank you so much! With my ego in check, I love your comment:) I will check out your post.
Kris - Good analogy. You are asking for it...
From Donna Summers to Debbie Summers:) Welcome to 2009!
Paul- There's that "focus" word again. Gee, I wonder if that is muy importante. Your points are stellar and true. I've failed in those departments at times and will do my best to make sure my focus is the correct one. Take care and I will see you around.
Your success and prosperity is within! Great post understanding that we all control our own fate.
Jason:
Most of us are a very resilient group of people so I believe we are going to make it. But I most add, if something goes wrong for you, God forbid, you could easily become a fiction writer. Anyone would publish you.
You crack me up....
It wouldn't be New Years Day without stopping by to say Happy New Years to you, now Go Penn State!!
Hart Mortgage Services - We do control our own fate, I'm confident of that. That's been my downfall/inspiring hope for 32 years.
Isaac - That's a high compliment. Thank you for that. Anyone publishing little old me... we'll see.
Missy - Wait till I bring out my smart ass sense of humor:) Happy New Years Day to you as well. As far as Penn State, I opt for Pitt or Notre Dame.
Jason, I had no idea that optimists were in such short supply! Even though I consider myself to be the princess of rose colored glasses, somethimes this whole situation scares the crap out of me.
So, Happy New Year!
Patricia - It scares me too. Then again, being scared is a good thing... keeps you strong. Tears can be the sweat your skin won't give away. While I am scared, I'm also smirking. There is a lot to be said for that:)
Hi Jason -- well I started a comment then POOF it was gone. So, let me try it again. I've just about had it with figuring out 2008 (I still have staff working on it -- optimists are great delegators). Now, you've challenged me to focus on 2009, and all I see are dollar signs dropping into my bank account. My hubby is nodding, grinning, and now he wants to give you a "high five" because your post brought out my indefatigable optimistic take on my real estate business. John's got the handle on our spiritual matters, and our tithes and "God work" have been programmed into our lives. So why not be optimistic: we've got the bases and base paths covered!
God bless you, and Happy Optimistic New Year!
Happy New Year to you Jason. Let's all work hard to make 2009 a great year in Real Estate! We can do it... attract the good stuff!!
Terry - Been there, it sucks... especially if you thought you made a pretty damn good comment/addition to the post:) Give your husband a high five from yours truly, for your comment and for what we hold our future to be.
April - Happy New Year to you! Working hard goes a long way... as does working smart. I suppose we should do both.
'While happiness seems to be our divine bottom line'
That makes me think - several times I have thought about a time in the past and thought, 'that was one of the happiest times of my life.'
But at the time, I didn't know it, I didn't revel in it. I didn't say or think, 'this is one of the happiest times of my life.'
Anyway, I am not going to plan anything. At all. I don't want to miss another 'happiest times of my life', which were never about money or business success.
Happy New Year, Jason.
Jason- First let me say Happy New Year to you :) Now that that's out of the way....I want to say that yea, I think we'll be OK. As someone above said maybe a little battered and bruised, but we'll be OK. No one ever said life was easy, and this has been a reality check like no other for many. Now the trick will be when this is all said and done to remember the lessons learned, and not revert back to old behaviors. Oh, and I am in that 6% if you hadn't guessed. But it is optimism with a dose of reality sprinkled on it :)
Virginia - But at the time, I didn't know it, I didn't revel in it. I didn't say or think, 'this is one of the happiest times of my life.' I didn't either but I plan on evolving to there again and again. Happy New Year to you as well:)
Kathy - Back at ya babe! Seriously, what loan officer calls a Realtor "Babe"? Me, I guess:) I kind of figured you were in the 6% and I just may be as well. Yet, I too recognize and hold the sprinkles quite dear.
dude, sorry I'm so far behind in commenting... this was strong!
Great post and so true, it is within us all. Fight the good fight and revel in it. The time to lose hope is when you are 6' under, and truth is that may be the start of a whole new adventure!
Happy New Year to you and yours bro!
Gerry Suarez, Jr.
Your FHA Loan Pro!
Back at you, Gerry. Thanks for everything!
I really enjoy your writing. This post is incredible! And, I think you are spot on! I look forward to reading more of your insite! ~A:)
Wow, thank you so much Alisha! See you around in 2009:)
